Mommy Makeover Surgery in Hyderabad
A mommy makeover is a suite of cosmetic procedures designed to restore a woman’s pre-pregnancy body shape and appearance .It is the most popular post pregnancy surgery.
Achieve Aesthetic and functional balance
Pregnancy and childbirth change a body in ways that diet and exercise often cannot fully reverse: loose abdominal skin, separated muscles, changes in breast shape, stubborn fat that stays put. If you have been quietly researching what can be done, you are not being vain. You are looking for honest information. A mommy makeover surgery plan is built with you by a board-certified plastic surgeon with clear pricing and a recovery you understand before you ever commit.
A mommy makeover is a customised set of plastic surgery procedures that restore the breasts, abdomen and body shape after pregnancy and breastfeeding. It commonly combines a tummy tuck, a breast procedure (lift, augmentation or reduction) and liposuction, often performed together under one anaesthesia and one recovery, though procedures are staged when that is safer.
What is Mommy makeover ?
A mommy makeover is not one operation. It is a combination chosen to match the specific changes that are your concern. Most plans draw from three areas:
Abdomen
A tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) to remove loose skin and tighten muscles separated during pregnancy.
Breasts
A lift, an augmentation, or a reduction, depending on what changed.
Contour
Liposuction of the flanks, waist or thighs to refine the overall shape.
You do not decide every part on day one. The point of the consultation is to prioritise what matters most to you, and to leave out anything you do not need.
Common Procedures Included in a Mommy Makeover
A mommy makeover is highly customizable and can include any combination of the following procedures:
Is there a mommy makeover without surgery?
Some changes after pregnancy respond to non-surgical treatment, and some do not. Mild skin laxity and stubborn fat can sometimes be improved with energy-based skin tightening and non-surgical body contouring. Loose, hanging abdominal skin and separated muscles cannot be corrected without surgery, because no device can remove skin or repair muscle. At your consultation we tell you plainly which of your concerns are surgical and which are not, so you are never sold an operation you do not need.
Who is a right candidate for a mommy makeover surgery?
A mommy makeover tends to suit you :
- If you have completed planning your family, since a later pregnancy can stretch the tissues again
- You are at a stable weight you can maintain
- You are in good general health and a non-smoker, or willing to stop before surgery
- You want to restore your own proportions, with realistic expectations rather than a different body
If you are unsure whether you fit, that is exactly what the consultation is for. We would rather tell you honestly that the timing is wrong, or that one procedure will meet your goal instead of three, than book you for more than you need.
What most women are really hoping to regain
Most women who come to us are not chasing perfection or trying to look like someone else. What they describe is simpler: wanting to feel comfortable in their own body again.
For some, it is wearing the clothes they enjoy without thinking about loose skin. For others, it is feeling that their body matches how healthy and energetic they already feel inside.
A mommy makeover is not designed to turn back time or create a different you. Its purpose is to address the physical changes pregnancy and breastfeeding can leave behind, so you feel more like yourself again. The best results are measured less in sizes and more in comfort, confidence and no longer worrying about the things that bother you every day
Mommy makeover cost in Hyderabad
Because a mommy makeover is a combination, the cost depends on which procedures are included. As a guide, comprehensive mommy makeovers in India typically range from about Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 8 lakh and above. A tummy tuck with liposuction sits at the lower end. Adding a breast procedure, or treating several areas, moves it higher.
What an Evoluer quote includes: surgeon fees, anaesthesia, the surgical suite, your compression garments, and your scheduled follow-up visits. We give you a written, itemised estimate after your consultation, so the number you see is the number you plan for.
What changes the figure: the specific procedures combined, the extent of correction needed, implant choice if a breast augmentation is included, and the length of surgery. Flexible payment plans are available, and we will walk you through them.
Honest considerations
Every surgery carries some risk. The common, manageable ones include swelling, bruising, temporary fluid collection and scars that take time to fade. Serious complications are uncommon with an experienced surgical team and proper aftercare. The honest truth is that the biggest risk is not the surgery itself, it is unrealistic expectations or doing too much at once when staging would be safer. We plan around that
Mommy makeover or a tummy tuck on its own?
A tummy tuck addresses the abdomen alone. A mommy makeover combines the abdomen with breast and contour work in a single planned recovery. If your only concern is loose tummy skin and muscle separation, a tummy tuck may be all you need. If pregnancy also changed your breasts and left fat that will not shift, combining the procedures means one anaesthesia, one recovery period and a more balanced overall result, rather than separate surgeries months apart. Which is right depends entirely on what you want changed, and that is decided together at consultation.
The mommy makeover procedure, step by step
Because a mommy makeover combines more than one procedure, it is planned as a single operation and carried out in one sitting wherever that is safe for you. Here is how the day works.
Preparation.
Before surgery you complete a fitness assessment and routine pre-operative tests. You will be asked to fast beforehand and, if you smoke, to stop for a set period to help healing. On the day, your surgeon confirms the plan and marks the areas being treated.
Anaesthesia.
The procedure is performed under general anaesthesia, administered and monitored throughout by a consultant anaesthetist, so you are asleep and comfortable for the whole operation.
The surgery.
Your agreed combination, for example a tummy tuck with a breast procedure and liposuction, is carried out in one planned sequence. A mommy makeover usually takes around 2 to 5 hours, occasionally longer, depending on how many procedures are combined.
After surgery.
You are moved to a recovery area and fitted with compression garments. Most patients stay one night for observation and are discharged the next day with written aftercare and your follow-up schedule in place.
Recovery, week by week
WEEK 1 TO 2
Swelling, soreness and limited movement are expected during the first two weeks. Most mothers arrange help at home for the first 5 to 10 days, especially when the abdomen and breasts are treated together.
WEEK 2 TO 4
Light daily activities resume gradually. You will still need to avoid lifting, strenuous activity and any movements that place strain on the healing areas.
WEEK 4 TO 8
Energy levels continue to improve and gentle exercise is gradually reintroduced based on your surgeon’s guidance and your individual recovery progress.
MONTHS 2 TO 6
Swelling continues to settle and your final shape becomes more visible. Scars begin to mature, soften and gradually fade over time.
ONGOING AFTERCARE
We provide written aftercare instructions, scheduled review appointments and a direct line for questions throughout your recovery journey.
INDIVIDUAL RECOVERY
Every recovery is unique. How quickly you heal depends on the specific procedures performed, your overall health and your body's natural healing response.

FAQ
Most comprehensive mommy makeovers in India range from about Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 8 lakh and above. The figure depends on which procedures are combined. At Evoluer you receive a written, itemised estimate after your consultation covering surgery, anaesthesia, the surgical suite, garments and follow-ups, so the price is clear before you decide.
A custom combination, usually some mix of a tummy tuck, a breast procedure (lift, augmentation or reduction), and liposuction. You do not have to choose everything at once. The plan is built to restore your pre-pregnancy shape in a way that fits your body and your goals.
It depends on what you want changed. If only your abdomen concerns you, a tummy tuck alone may be enough. If pregnancy also changed your breasts and left stubborn fat, combining the procedures means one recovery instead of several and a more balanced result. We help you decide at consultation.
Partly. Mild fat and skin laxity can sometimes improve with non-surgical body contouring and skin tightening. Loose hanging skin and separated muscles need surgery, because no device removes skin or repairs muscle. We tell you honestly which of your concerns are surgical.
Expect swelling and limited movement for the first one to two weeks, with daily activities returning over two to four weeks and exercise reintroduced around four to eight weeks. Many mothers arrange support at home for the first 5 to 10 days, especially when the abdomen and breasts are treated together.
Not necessarily. The term mommy makeover describes the pattern of concerns (sagging breasts, loose tummy skin, stubborn fat), not just motherhood. Many women who haven’t had children but have similar body changes from weight loss or aging benefit from the same procedures.
Ideally, yes. Tummy tightening and body contouring are best done after you have finished having children, because a later pregnancy can stretch the tissues again. If breasts are your main concern, talk to us, as a plan can sometimes be tailored around future plans.
Some of them. A tummy tuck can remove stretch marks on the lower abdomen if that skin is excised. Marks above the navel or on the breasts often remain, and can be improved separately with treatments like laser or microneedling.
Scars are part of the trade for a flatter, firmer contour. Incisions are placed where underwear or a bikini can hide them. Most scars fade considerably over time, though how they heal depends on your genetics, the surgical technique and your aftercare.
With an experienced board-certified surgical team and proper aftercare, serious complications are uncommon. The usual effects are swelling, bruising and scars that fade with time. The most important safety factor is a realistic plan, staged when needed, which is how we approach every case.
Usually not, once you have healed. Clothes fit better and your proportions look more balanced. A well-planned makeover restores your own shape rather than changing how you look, so most people simply see a refreshed version of you.
This is a timing intent search with real consequences. Ideally, major body contouring and tummy tightening are done after you finish having children, because future pregnancy can stretch tissues again. If breast changes are your main concern and you’re sure you want kids later, consult your surgeon — they may tailor a plan that anticipates future changes.
Look for real results that resemble your own body, honest conversations about recovery and scars, a clear itemised cost, a staged plan when more than one procedure is involved, and a surgeon who books follow-ups rather than upsells.
